Greg is a member of the litigation practice based in Rostron Carlyle’s Brisbane office. He practises primarily building and construction law and insolvency with particular emphasis upon dispute resolution and litigation.
Greg was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2002 and has worked at some of Brisbane’s premier mid-tier and boutique law firms, practising in building and construction plus insolvency law.
Greg regularly acts for and advises administrators, liquidators, commercial and domestic builders, body corporates, industry associations and private individuals in respect of matters arising out of the statutory building license scheme in Queensland, directions to rectify, debts, demands for payment, subcontractors charges, proceedings in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal, together with Magistrates, District and Supreme Court proceedings. This has necessitated not only and understanding of the regulatory and legislative requirements but also of the particular industry within which the client operates.
